This fall marks a new beginning and end for us at h(y)r collective. Since day one we have been working towards the future without fully knowing what it would hold. Ever changing business plans, a purist approach and dedication to creating something original and interesting hasn’t always been easy, but here we are. After a year and half as h(y)r collective magazine, we are leaving the name behind and stepping onto a new era.
We want ed to let you know about our new brand and direction. We recently launched a new website in which will be followed by a bi-annual print magazine in November. Both of which will assume a new name, INVENTORY.
The name change comes from a few reasons, but mostly from our vision to build a brand and project we can grow into the future. INVENTORY will be a magazine, a blog, a website, a store and label for co-branded products. Taking stock of the people, places and products around us, we will continue to cover the worlds most interesting stories and ideas that shape our culture and lives.
The support we’ve received over the last year and a half with h(y)r collective has been incredible and we can’t thank you enough. It’s been a great learning experience and INVENTORY will carry on where h(y)r took off, only better. We aim to push everything to the highest level and maintain the direction we’ve always believed in
We hope that you will continue to support our vision and enjoy the new experience through all of our mediums.
INVENTORY will be the name of our publication, on and offline, while Inventory Updates will continue as our daily blog. The Stockroom is our online shop showcasing our favourite products and the home of our our exciting co-branded products — INVENTORY ITEMS.
We look forward what the future holds and the opportunity to share experiences through product, craft, and culture and the stories they tell.
